1) Schedule your free 30 minute consultation
Please reach out to us and suggest three times that are most convenient for you. We will get back to you with a virtual meeting invite within 24 hours. During the consultation we will take the time to understand exactly what you are looking for, your budget, timeline, and how you would prefer to take delivery.
Before your consultation, please fill out the vehicle request form and trade-in form.
Filling out these forms prior to your consultation will help us save time and better understand your needs. It will also provide us with the relevant information we will need to find your dream vehicle and negotiate the best deal.
2) The G3 Auto Consulting team will find your dream vehicle
Once we receive payment for the services discussed during your consultation, we will get to work. By paying for our services, you are agreeing to our terms of service.
Based on the criteria agreed upon during your consultation, we will find your vehicle and negotiate the best deal.
- New Vehicles: we will email you a copy of the best offers available
- Used Vehicles: we will email you a copy of the three best offers available. At this time you may choose to have a pre-purchase inspection performed by a 3rd party inspector at your cost.
During this part of the process, we will not provide your information to a dealership or seller.
3) You close the deal
Once you confirm that you are satisfied with the proposed deal, we will provide you with the seller's contact information. We will also provide the seller with your contact information. This will conclude our service and you will close the deal yourself.
Due to the fast-paced nature of vehicle sales we ask that you make arrangements with the seller to close the deal within 24 hours of confirmation. It is our experience that good deals are short-lived and any delay during this step of the process may jeopardize the deal.
