Process
1) Schedule your free 30 minute consultation
Please reach out to us and suggest three times that are most convenient for you. We will get back to you with a virtual meeting invite within 24 hours.
2) Fill out the vehicle request form
Filling out this form prior to your consultation will help us save time and better understand your needs. It will also provide us with the relevant information we will need to find your dream vehicle and negotiate the best deal.
3) Fill out the trade-in form
Filling out this form prior to your consultation will help us save time and better understand your needs. It will also provide us with the relevant information we will need to negotiate the best deal.
4) Free consultation
We will take the time to understand exactly what you are looking for, what your budget is, how quickly you need it, and how you would prefer to take delivery. After our consultation we will send you an email summary of our discussion, a copy of our terms of service, and a link to pay.
5) Pay our consulting fee
Once we receive payment for the services discussed during your consultation, we will get to work. By paying for our services, you are agreeing to our terms of service.
6) The team at G3 Auto Consulting will find your dream vehicle
Based on the criteria agreed upon during your consultation, we will find your vehicle and negotiate the best deal.
- New vehicles: we will email you a copy of the best offer available.
- Used vehicles: we will email you a copy of the three best offers available. At this time you may choose to have a pre-purchase inspection performed at your cost.
At no point during this part of the process will we provide your information to a dealership or seller.
7) You close the deal
Once you confirm that you are satisfied with the proposed deal, we will provide you with the seller's contact information. We will also provide the seller with your contact information. This will conclude our service and you will close the deal yourself.
Due to the fast paced nature of vehicle sales we ask that you make arrangements with the seller to close the deal within 24 hours of confirmation. It is our experience that good deals are short lived and any delay during this step of the process may jeopardize the deal.
8) Customer satisfaction survey
In the interest of continually improving our service, we will send out short surveys to both our client and the seller asking for feedback and suggestions on improving the overall experience. This is entirely optional but greatly appreciated.
